Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data Adrian Frames collects and why. Adrian Frames is a brand of Film House Production SRL, Romania (the controller). Contact: adrayanix@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Instagram messages and comments. When you comment a keyword (for example “KIT”) or message our Instagram account, we receive your Instagram user ID, username, the text you sent and whether you follow our account. We use this only to reply with the link you asked for.
- Purchases. Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your email, order details and, if you choose, your GitHub username, so we can give you access to the kit.
- Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We also measure, anonymously, how long this page is read, how far it is scrolled and which buttons are clicked. Nothing is stored on your device and no IP address or identifier is kept.
Why and on what legal basis
To answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to deliver what you bought and handle refunds (contract), and to keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
How long
Instagram message data: up to 12 months after our last conversation. Purchase records: as long as Romanian accounting law requires.
Who processes it for us
Meta (Instagram), Polar and Stripe (payments), GitHub (repository access), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database). Some of them are outside the EU and use standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also complain to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Delete your data
Send a message with “DELETE” to our Instagram account or email adrayanix@gmail.com. We delete your Instagram data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
